Terms and Conditions – Greater Noida Half Marathon

1. General Terms
• By registering for the Greater Noida Half Marathon, participants agree to abide by the event rules and regulations.
• The event is open to individuals who meet the minimum age criteria specified for each category.
• Participants must provide accurate information during registration. The organizers reserve the right to verify the details provided.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Race Categories & Entry Fee
• 21.097 KM Half Marathon – INR 999 (Minimum Age: 18 Years)
  Includes: T-Shirt, BIB No. (Timing Chip), Timing Certificate, Finisher Medal, and Refreshments.
• 10 KM Run – INR 799 (Minimum Age: 14 Years)
  Includes: T-Shirt, BIB No. (Timing Chip), Timing Certificate, Finisher Medal, and Refreshments.
• 5 KM Fun Run – INR 499 (Minimum Age: 10 Years)
  Includes: T-Shirt, BIB No. (Non-Timing Chip), E-Finisher Certificate, Finisher Medal, and Refreshments.
• 2.5 KM Dream Run – INR 299 (Minimum Age: 8 Years)
  Includes: T-Shirt, BIB No. (Non-Timing Chip), E-Finisher Certificate, Finisher Medal, and Refreshments.

3. Registration & Payments
• Registration will be considered complete only after full payment is received.
• The registration fee covers race participation, race kit, and benefits as per the category.
• Payments must be made through the authorized payment gateway.

4. Participant Responsibilities
• Participants must be physically fit to participate in the event. The organizers are not responsible for any health-related issues arising during or after the marathon.
• BIB numbers must be worn visibly at all times during the race.
• Any participant found indulging in unfair practices will be disqualified.

5. Event Guidelines
• The event will be conducted as per the schedule and the route decided by the organizers.
• The timing chip (if applicable) must be properly worn to receive an official timing certificate.
• Participants must follow the instructions given by the event officials and volunteers.

6. Safety & Liability
• The organizers will provide basic medical assistance, but they are not liable for any injuries, medical conditions, or accidents during the event.
• Participants must take full responsibility for their safety and personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost items.

7. Cancellation & Modifications
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or canceled, and the organizers hold the right to modify the terms.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure or personal reasons.

8. Consent & Media Release
• By participating, runners grant permission for their photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.
• Participants agree to receive event-related communication via email or phone.
