Refund Policy – Greater Noida Half Marathon

At Greater Noida Half Marathon, we strive to provide a seamless and well-organized event experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refund Policy
• Once registered, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of personal plans.
• Injury, illness, or medical conditions.
• Travel restrictions or inability to attend.
• Unfavorable weather conditions.
• Any personal reasons.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

Cancellation by Organizers:

• If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), no refunds will be provided. However, participants may be offered a deferred entry to the next scheduled event or a virtual participation option.

Postponement:

• In case of rescheduling, all registrations will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued, but participants will be allowed to transfer their entry to a future event (if applicable).

3. Transfer of Registration

Participant Transfers:

• Registrations are non-transferable to another individual or another event unless specifically allowed by the organizers.

Category Upgrade or Downgrade:

• Downgrading (switching to a shorter race) is not eligible for a partial refund.
• Upgrading (switching to a longer race) requires payment of the fee difference, subject to availability.

4. Payment Issues

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, participants can request a refund by contacting the support team within 7 days of the transaction.
